It is a behavior that is associated with food. Of course, each addiction is different but the approach is the same. After looking for where this weight gain comes from (injuries, trauma, bereavement, harassment...)

We will work on 4 axes:
1- Modify the behavior: set up a new behavior. Better, more useful than maladaptive eating behavior.

2- Disable triggers: Disable all automations that used to trigger the maladaptive behavior.

3- Neutralize the conditioning: prevent any possible relapses and preserve the new behavior permanently.

4- Work on your beliefs: reconsider all your beliefs about food that you were taught. You are not a "blank disc". You have beliefs about food that are often tied to your own upbringing.
